Bird Toys and Bird Supplies for the Companion Bird Owner

Positively Toys offers the bird owner a variety of bird toys and bird supplies. Explore our offerings on the left. Discounts are available for member groups and returning customers.

 

Use of Site Membership and Vouchers: The use of membership discounts and vouchers is limited to registered returning customers and special promotions for limited time periods provided to certain individuals or groups. These discounts and codes are non transferable. Orders placed using these codes or discounts that were not placed by the person to whom they were intended will be cancelled. Positively Toys is dedicated to rewarding customer loyalty. As such, we have provided for a yearly discount program --- the more you spend, the more you save. Use of the program is limited to our customers and is not transferable.
Google Checkout: We are still waiting on integration from our service provider. If you would prefer to use Google Checkout for your purchases, send us your name, address and a list of products desired. We can then prepare your order offline and use Google to send you an invoice. We hope this additional service is useful.
Site Management: Did you find an error? We have tried to work out all the glitches with our new store and software, but in case something was overlooked, we reserve the right to correct orders. (You will be sent e-mail if this happens.)

If you notice a problem, please report it to us. Our goal was to create a positive online shopping experience. Immeasurable time has been spent looking for those tiny, annoying glitches. We sincerely apologize if we missed any.

Returns

Returns must be preapproved. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Return postage is at the expense of the shipper.

Due to the nature of some products, and the possible spread of disease, we cannot accept any opened items or food. However, please let us know if you have any concerns on any of the products we sell. We strive to maintain a good relationship with all our customers and will eagerly work with you to resolve any problems.
